Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website (“Site”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and its related services, provided by DrJob Optimal Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1) Website Usage

1.1 You have to be the official employee or representative of the company that you are working for and now using this website on their behalf

1.2 Company Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or using our Site. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including but not limited to job descriptions, requirements, and other relevant details.

1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may: a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. b) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site. c) Use the Site for any unauthorized or illegal purposes. d) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. e) Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful content.

1.4 You will have a 14-day or maximum two job posting free of charge which comes first. After 14 days the agreement will be automatically extended. Termination of the agreement requires 15-day notice in advance. This agreement is valid for 1 year.

2) Candidate Placement Services

2.1 Candidate resume: Our Site provides a platform for companies to post job listings and connect with potential candidates. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding job opportunities, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of candidates’ resume

2.2 Job Posting and Requirements: Companies posting job listings on our Site are responsible for providing accurate and lawful job descriptions, requirements, and other relevant information. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the job listings you post on our Site.

2.3 Candidate Applications and Selection: Candidates may apply for jobs listed on our Site. However, we do not guarantee that all candidates will meet your requirements or that you will contact candidates for interviews or job offers. The hiring process and decision-making remain solely within your discretion as the hiring company.

2.4 Company Responsibilities: As a company posting job listings on our Site, you are responsible for reviewing candidate applications, conducting interviews, and making employment decisions. We do not endorse or guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or behavior of the candidates.

2.5 Third-Party Websites: Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or have control over the content, products, or services offered by these third parties. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3) Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Site are owned or licensed by the Company, unless otherwise indicated. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

3.2 User Submissions: By submitting any content or materials to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

3.3 The employer hereby assures that none of the job seeker’s information will be shared with any third-party entity and will be considered classified information only to be evaluated and assessed by the representative of the company or designated personnel

4) Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer: The information and services provided on the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, whether based on agreement, tort, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

5) Modification and Termination

5.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

5.2 Termination: We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

5.3 After the termination of this agreement due to any reason, you are responsible for any expenses until the termination date. Termination of the agreement doesn’t mean a waiver of responsibilities.

6) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.

7.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

7.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
