Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Respond, analyze, resolve, and document client incidents and inquiries with a strong focus on customer service
- Maintenance of servers and staff computer systems
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees on software, workstations, smartphones, video conference equipment, and best practices
- Identify and escalate security incidents and systematic technical issues
- Assess performance, diagnose and resolve issues with computer equipment, replace defective devices, and deploy software on workstations
- Record, document, and maintain up-to-date hardware/software inventories and service requests
Requirements:
- College diploma in computer science or a related field
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, NTFS security, Terminal Servers environment, and smartphones
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITAM systems
- Microsoft certification, videoconferencing systems knowledge, and experience in investment management software support (e.g., Bloomberg) are assets
- Sound knowledge of information security practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-oriented approach
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Autonomy and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Legally Authorized to Work in Canada
